At Paper Boat, we make ours by hand in small weekend batches, with dark, milk and white chocolate.
Almost 7 years away from home taught me that some flavours aren't just flavours — they're memories. Alfajores remind me of school recess, family celebrations, Mum, Grandma and that little excitement of getting one as a kid.
